Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return period. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delays in Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; sometimes it takes a while for refunds to post.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please email info@eliteliqueursltd.co.nz.

Shipping for Returns

To return an item, please mail it to:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
