Our Williams Pear Brandy is crafted from golden-yellow pears that are harvested at their peak. Grown in the fertile Alpine valleys, these sun-ripened pears are processed immediately to preserve their vibrant flavor. Through a cooled fermentation process, the rich, fruity aromas are protected, delivering a smooth brandy with delicate hints of spice, including mace, pepper, and pimento.

The initial taste is mild and welcoming, followed by the wonderfully sweet and refreshing essence of ripe pears, leaving a crisp, clean finish.
